Lucas woke up early, jumped out of bed full of energy, and knew that today would be the Big Race. He arranged the pillows into a long, winding road, placed boxes at the turns, and built a tall bridge out of books. Small flags took their places along the track as well.
Then Lucas lined up Thunder, Lightning, and Flash at the starting line, checked each one carefully, and took the striped flag in his hands. He stepped aside, took a deep breath, and raised his arm, never suspecting that in just a moment an ordinary game would turn into a real adventure.
